Our program is immensely simple, yet scientifically proven! The program will be led by Deborah Waddell, who holds a certificate in Plant-based Nutrition from eCornell University with over 20 years of experience. The program begins with 8 hours of learning broken up into 2 hours per week for 4 weeks. The cost for the program is $45 and also includes an ecookbook written by Deborah. You will learn how to:

Week 1 - You will learn that aging doesn’t mean disease or decrepitude, but rather how your body can actually rebuild itself. How and why coronary artery disease is so rampant. You will also learn how eating a WFPB diet works to turn cancer genes on and off.  You will learn all about the “Dirty Dozen & Clean 15" Lastly, we will delve into how science has proven that we can add years to our lives by eating a low-fat whole food plant based diet.

Week 2 - You will learn all about calorie density vs nutrient density, The China Study & cancer prevention/remission, reversing and/or preventing heart disease. We will finish with how to get started on a WFPB lifestyle from stocking your fridge and pantry!

Week 3 - You will learn heart healthy snacks, dairy alternative, meat alternatives, egg
substitutes for baking and cooking, healthy fats, protein sources, calcium sources, calcium loss, factors that increase bone growth, iron sources, and simple recipes.

Week 4 - You will learn more meal ideas and resources for your continued health journey.
